Our Italian Restaurant: Chicago 2013 Michelin Guide Recommended!
We are extremely proud to announce that our quaint Italian restaurant located in the Gold Coast of Chicago has recently been recommended in the 2013 Chicago Michelin Guide. This honor is reserved for an elite group of restaurants and hotels selected by Michelin’s local, anonymous inspectors.
A huge “thank you” to all of our staff for going above and beyond in making Merlo on Maple the restaurant it is today. We’re proud of all of you.

This ristorante houses many floors, but no matter where you sit, the multi-level beauty boasts Victorian touches (hand-carved banisters and leather banquettes), and an informed waitstaff, who deliver the tastes of Emilia-Romagna.
