Located in the heart of the Gold Coast, this 4-story mansion built in the late 1800′s boasts three floors of dining rooms offering three unique spaces perfect for an intimate gathering, special occasions and private business dinners.

Merlo on Maple’s seasonal preset menus are created from the most sophisticated recipes of the Bolognese cuisine. To enhance your dinner, we offer an extensive wine list focused around the intricate flavors of these dishes.
