- Mediterranean Turbot is imported from Italy and is cooked whole in the oven with white wine and lemon to lock in the delicate and light flavor of this white fish. It is presented whole to the customer; a beautiful sight indeed! We then return it to the kitchen to clean and fillet for your easy eating pleasure. The Turbot is served with a simple salad and skewers of baked cherry tomatoes and sliced potato.
